Refund & Return Policy

At Wear Wave Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges to make things right.

1. Returns

• You may return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• To initiate a return, please email us at support@wearwavestudio.com to request a return authorization.

2. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value.

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchange items.

3. Sale Items

• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

• Please contact us for further instructions if you need to return a sale item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Gift Cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items marked as Final Sale

5. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned items.

• Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
