1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping – Australia

• Standard Shipping: $8
  Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

• Express Shipping: $15
  Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

Domestic Shipping – United States

• Standard Shipping (via US Fulfillment Center): $5
  Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

• Express Shipping (via US Fulfillment Center): $12
  Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

• Standard Shipping (International): $20
  Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

• Express Shipping (International): $40
  Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. US Warehouse Fulfillment

For US-based customers, orders are fulfilled through our US warehouse for faster processing and delivery.

• Domestic US orders ship within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
